Hannah Meurer CNM

Hannah M is a Certified Nurse-Midwife with over 10 years of experience in full-scope midwifery care. Inspired by her own complicated pregnancy loss, she brings a fierce commitment to patient-centered, trauma-informed care — and a passion for creating space where patients feel deeply supported and have streamlined care. She is certified by AMCB, a member of the American College of Certified Nurse-Midwives, and an ACOG Educational Affiliate. She has received extensive hands-on training in miscarriage medical care and ultrasound, and is also on track to earn her Midwife Sonography Certificate (ARDMS) and Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C). Hannah M is a Reproductive Health Hotline Advisory Committee member and co-architect of the Lune Health clinical care model. In November of 2024, Hannah M was awarded the Linda D. Norman Award for Innovation in Health Care from Vanderbilt University for her conceptual development of what is now Lune Health.

When not at Lune, Hannah enjoys gardening, watching or playing sports, being in nature as her therapy. She has 2 living daughters and 1 loss at 10wks.
